All requests must contain basic information to be processed, which means:
1. Name of passenger
2. Name of accompanying party
3. Date of arrival / Date of departure
4. Passport Number
6. Date of Birth
All bookings will be answered with a maximum of 24 hours upon it has been received. They are all considered tentative bookings until the client confirms and pays 15% of the total. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival to the lodge.
Each time a reservation needs to be modified, it will be done through the Operator or Agency that requested the reservation, in writing, clearly indicating the type of modification being made and making reference to the reservation number already assigned.
The Operator or Travel Agency must emit the corresponding voucher for each reservation which shows that the passenger has paid all services completely.

Payments made with credit cards must first fill in an Authorization of Charge Form and send it by email. A photocopy of the credit card of both sides as well as a copy of an ID document showing the client’s signature must be included.
Note: LAKUTAIA Lodge will invoice the Operator for the total of the program, and it will be the responsibility of the Operator to issue the corresponding commission invoice. The operator must discount their commission before paying.
61 days or more : No penalty
31 – 60 days in advance : 15% penalty
30 – 7 days in advance : 50% penalty
7 days or less : 100% penalty

No reimbursement is applicable if the passenger checks-out prior to the stipulated date on the original reservation.
If the passenger checks-out after the date of the original reservation, no reimbursement for non-used services is applicable.
Changes and Cancellations of the Itinerary
There won’t be any refund for changes or suspension on the activities included in the programs as a result of weather/wind conditions. All our services are based on the security of our passengers.
